Great hotel with staff who are very friendly . Our room was very clean and shower had great pressure. Beds were cozy,hotel was nice and quiet and fair price.
Nice breakfast, great time in the pool, rooms were all clean and comfortable.
I booked 3 rooms for our family members. The hotel has been upgraded so it was modern and tasteful. Our rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. My only complaint was the fact that there are no elevators so it was a little inconvenient for those of us in our 70's-I was not aware of this upon booking the rooms. This is why I didn't give the room 5 stars. There were 10 of us and we appreciated the fact that were able to eat our take out dinner in the breakfast area. The pool and hot tub were adequate and enjoyed by our grandchildren. The continental breakfast was basic but everyone found something for a quick bite before we were on our way.
Seems newly renovated. Stayed in the deluxe queen room which is essentially a room and a half. The heaters need some work as they're a bit noisy but everything else was great.
This is one of the best hotel we stay, thanks to everybody to wok there. Edgar Batres (Alpine Insulation) We stay there couple night because work, now on we will be there every two weeks. Thank you to everybody is involve. God bless You.
I have stayed here multiple times for work and it’s always very clean and tidy. The rooms are big and have everything you need in them. The hotel has a great sized pool and jacuzzi and a great breakfast with many options. The workers are very polite and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in eagle river.
Great hotel to stay at for a good price. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, and the ac works wonderful in these warm summer months. Great location right downtown with enough room to park large trucks. 10/10 would stay again!
